Start Your Gym by Doing Proper Warm-Up

How Many Push-Ups to Do Every Day?

There is no specific number of push-ups a day. But I can suggest some tips to get better results. The first advice is to give your best during the push-up. More push-ups give more strength. And increase your push-up number regularly, though it is harder. Suppose if you can do 10 push-ups today, try 12 push-ups the next day. And keep it up — you will do 100 push-ups one day. And doing more push-ups is much better.

You couldn’t imagine how effective dipper is. Dipper has multiple positions for multiple body part training. And you can easily do these by using your basic home material. Dipper basically helps to build chest, shoulders, triceps, and back. But they have different forms for different body parts. So keep this in mind — always keep the right form. Moreover, dipper is a most important exercise to train multiple body parts at home, so you should never miss this exercise if you do the home workout. And you should do 10 x 3 times dipper exercise. This is enough.

Chair Dips

Chair dips are also the best exercise for home gyms. Chair dips help to build a nice triceps. You couldn’t imagine that professional bodybuilders do chair dips to shape their triceps well. And it is very easy to do. Just use a chair, bring your feet forward and keep them together, and hold the chair in the right form — then start the chair dip. You can do 10 x 3 times this exercise. This is the best option.

Squats

Squat is also the best exercise to do at home easily. You can do this by taking any household material or without any material. Squats mainly transform your legs and waist. The same thing — do this 10 x 3 times and get your results.

How Much Exercise is Best for a Beginner?

For a beginner, the minimum time depends on his strength. Not only beginners — this duration is the same for everyone. Your minimum exercise duration should be 45, 60, or 75 minutes. More than 75 minutes of exercise is not good. So keep your duration under 76 minutes. If I personally suggest the duration for beginners, then I will suggest 45 minutes of workout time. You can increase the duration gradually.

How Many Days Should You Exercise in a Week?

There is no specific advice for that, but the best choice is to do a 5-day workout and take 2 days rest. Rest is important — rest helps us to recover our strength and it helps to avoid injury.
